We're sorry about the mix-up. If your order arrives with missing items, or if you have received an item that is not the one you have ordered, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Take photos or videos of your order and all items in it, as it was received
  2. Reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery

How will the rectification be made?

An arrangement will be made at the next available delivery slot to you, to assist with a product exchange. Alternatvely, the missing item in your order will be dispatched to you separately from our fulfillment center.
