There are many reasons why your sample may not have been included in your order, including but not limited to one of the following:
- There is no longer any stock for that particular item
- The sample may have expired (expiry dates for samples are notably shorter than full-sized purchases as they are often repacked locally)
- You opted to receive your order via subscription (free gifts, samples and promo items do not ship for renewal orders.)
As much as possible, where a sample or free gift is not available, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative if we have one on hand. If one is unavailable, it will be excluded from the order.
